Key Responsibilities

The Associate will play a pivotal role in Panda Law's Commercial and Data Protection practice, taking on a range of responsibilities critical to the firm's success. The selected candidate will be expected to:

1. Manage and Advise on Legal Matters: Provide assistance in managing and advising on various commercial and data protection matters. The role requires a keen understanding of the legal landscape surrounding these areas, ensuring that clients are provided with sound and actionable advice.

2. Drafting and Negotiation: The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. This task necessitates a thorough understanding of legal language and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual obligations.

3. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on issues related to intellectual property, data protection, and other relevant areas. The ability to provide well-informed recommendations based on research findings is crucial for this role.

4. Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the stipulated timelines. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential to navigate the demands of this role.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to address legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications and Skills
