The Office of Abhishek Ritabh Shukla, Advocate on Record, is currently seeking a qualified law graduate to join its team as an Associate. - Civil & Commercial Disputes: Managing disputes arising from contractual obligations, property issues, and other civil matters.

- Writs: Filing and arguing writ petitions in courts for the enforcement of fundamental rights or addressing legal irregularities.

- Arbitration: Participating in alternative dispute resolution processes, particularly arbitration, to settle disputes outside the traditional court system.

Job Responsibilities

Location and Salary

The position is based in Green Park Extension, New Delhi, a prime location that offers proximity to key legal institutions. The salary for this role ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with flexibility depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
