B.Ed. Admission Notification: S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College, Allahabad
Prayagraj, 1 August, 2024 - S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College, Allahabad, has announced the admission process for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program for the 2024-2026 session. Female candidates who have appeared and qualified in the B.Ed. entrance exam conducted by the University of Allahabad are invited to apply.
The college has instructed all eligible candidates to obtain counselling forms from the office of the B.Ed. Faculty. The forms will be available from July 26, 2024, to July 31, 2024. Applicants must submit their completed counselling forms to the B.Ed. Faculty office between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the specified dates.
The last date for submission of the counselling forms is July 31, 2024.

The distribution date for the counseling forms for female candidates seeking admission for the 2024-26 session at SS Khanna Girl's Degree College has been extended until August 7.
According to Principal Lalima Singh, the forms will be distributed from 10 AM onwards. During this period, candidates can also submit their applications. Admission will be granted to candidates based on merit among those who have filled the forms.
Candidates who fail to submit their forms by this deadline will not be considered for admission.

Admission for B. Ed. Course shall be held for affiliated colleges of University of Allahabad i.e.:
(1) K. P. Training College (Government Aided) Co-ed Institution and
(2) S. S. Khanna Girls Degree College (Under self finance scheme) for girls only. B. Ed. Course will be of Two Years (4- Semester) which can be completed within a maximum period of 03 years.
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in Bachelors Degree and / or Masters Degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
1. No weightage for NCC/NSS shall be given for Admission in B.Ed. course.
2. Sports quota shall not be available under this course.
