The University of Allahabad has announced the Registration and Profile Update Process for CUET-UG (2024) aspirants. The registration will be conducted in two phases via the Samarth Portal.
Phase-1: Registration/Profile Update
The registration and profile update can be done from July 6, 2024, to July 20, 2024. Applicants are required to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set by the University of Allahabad and must have the following documents ready:
1. CUET-UG (2024) Admit Card: This is mandatory for the registration process.
2. Class 10 and 10+2 Marksheet cum Certificate Both the marksheet and certificate are required.
3. Photo and Signature: These must be in .jpg or .jpeg format.
4. Recent Caste Certificate: For applicants from EWS/OBC/SC/ST categories, the certificate should be in the Central Government format, bearing certificate numbers and issuance date.
Applicants must ensure that all information is entered correctly on the portal. Note that registration is only available for those who appeared in CUET-UG (2024).
Phase-2: Programme Selection and Payment of Registration Fee
Following the declaration of CUET-UG (2024) results:
- Applicants can select their desired course(s) or programme on the portal.
- A registration fee is applicable:
- ₹300 for UR/OBC/EWS categories
- ₹150 for SC/ST/PwD categories
- The fee is charged for each course/programme selected.
Applicants must complete the registration/update their profile and pay the registration fee after programme/course selection to be considered for the counseling process. The university will announce the dates for course/programme selection and payment of the registration fee separately.
