Allahabad University (AU) has also revised the law syllabus according to the new law. The Board of Studies has approved it. In such a situation, law students taking admission in the new session 2024-25 will now study the revised syllabus.
BA LLB, LLB and LLM courses are conducted in University of Allahabad. At the same time, law courses are also being conducted in its constituent colleges CMP Degree College, Allahabad Degree College, Ishwar Sharan Degree College and SS Khanna Women's College. Students of the university and constituent colleges will now also study the new law.

University of Allahabad Implements Revised Law Syllabus for Continuing BA LLB, LLB, and LLM Students
The revised syllabus has been approved in the Board of Studies meeting held recently at University of Allahabad. Dean of Law Faculty Prof. Aadesh Kumar said that changes have been made in IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act in the new law. The syllabus has been revised keeping these changes in mind. Students who will take admission in these courses in the session 2024-25 will be taught the revised syllabus as per the new law.

Apart from this, for those students who are already studying in BA LLB, LLB and LLM and have to study IPC, CRPC and Evidence Act in any subject, the Board of Studies has approved the revised syllabus according to the new law. For example, there is an optional paper of Criminal Group in LLM, in which IPC, CRPC and Evidence Act are taught, so this syllabus has been revised according to the new law. Similarly, other papers have also been revised.
Law University also implemented the revised syllabus
After the new law came into force across the country from July 1, Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University, Prayagraj has also implemented the revised syllabus of BA LLB in accordance with the new law. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Usha Tandon told that the revised syllabus has been approved by the Academic Council. All 60 students taking admission in BA LLB in the current session (first batch) will study the revised syllabus in accordance with the new law.
State university will soon be approved, seminars will be held

BA LLB studies are going to start in the state university from the new session and LLM studies have started from the session 2023-24. Along with this, BA LLB and LLB courses are already being conducted in many constituent colleges of the university.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Singh said that a meeting of the Board of Studies is proposed. Soon the revised syllabus will be approved according to the new law. Students taking admission in the session 2024-25 will study the revised syllabus of law according to the new law. Many seminars will also be organized by the university for one year, in which law experts will be invited, so that law students can be provided in-depth information about the new law.
