They will prepare for and appear before Metropolitan Magistrates, City Civil Courts, Revenue Courts, and the High Court, providing essential support in various legal matters.

Additionally, the associate will assist with case management, a critical component of legal practice that involves organizing case files, managing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases through the legal system. The role also includes providing complete office assistance, supporting the administrative functions necessary for the effective operation of the legal team.

Candidates for this position should have between 0-2 years of experience in litigation, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their legal careers. It is essential that applicants either hold a Sanad with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa or are in the process of applying for it. A solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and key civil laws is required, along with excellent oratory, written, and presentation skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a team is also highly valued.

The position is based in Mumbai, with office operations located in Fort and Borivali, providing the associate with the chance to work in two of the city's prominent business districts.
