Established in 2016, Burgrill has quickly expanded its presence with over 62 outlets across 9 states, offering a diverse menu featuring grilled burgers, wraps, and plant-based meat options. The chain is co-founded by Mr. Rajat Bawa, Mr. Shrch Madan, and Mr. Ankur Madan, and has become a favorite among fast-food enthusiasts.

Job Overview

Burgrill is urgently hiring a Legal Executive to be based in their New Delhi office. This role requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field, with proficiency in Property Law, Franchise Law, and Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess experience in drafting and executing legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is pivotal in handling various legal tasks, including legal document preparation, legal advice, property law, and conveyancing.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. They should demonstrate proficiency in Property Law, Franchise Law, and Conveyancing. Experience in legal document preparation and providing legal advice is essential. Additionally, candidates should have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also crucial for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Legal Executive will be responsible for:

- Drafting, vetting, and executing agreements and other legal documents.

- Providing legal advice and guidance on various corporate and commercial matters.

- Preparing legal documents for new franchises and liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of clients.

- Researching information, preparing legal documents, and keeping up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.

- Managing legal and regulatory compliance matters.

- Assisting solicitors and working alongside paralegals, legal secretaries, and other legal professionals.

- Managing all backend-related legal work.

- Taking follow-ups from different departments related to the execution of all legal documents.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, 5.5 working days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. The role is based in New Delhi.
