Digital Desk, Hathras: In the Fulrai village of Hathras district, a stampede occurred during a satsang of Bhole Baba, resulting in over 130 fatalities and many more injuries. The deceased have been identified, and their list has been released. Additionally, the administration has issued a helpline number for the victims.

Helpline Numbers Issued by DM
Following the incident, the District Magistrate has issued helpline numbers 05722227041 and 05722227042 for the public's assistance.
CM Yogi Announces Compensation
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed his condolences over the tragedy and ordered a thorough investigation. He has announced a compensation of 2 lakhs each for the families of the deceased and 50,000 each for the injured. The Chief Minister is closely monitoring the situation and has sent two ministers, the Chief Secretary, and the DGP to the site.
Additionally, CM Yogi has directed the formation of a team led by the ADG, Agra, and the Commissioner, Aligarh, to investigate the causes of the incident. He has also ordered FIRs to be registered against the event organizers and for strict actions to be taken.
Medical Response from Agra
After the incident, the Health Department in Agra dispatched five ambulances equipped with doctors and paramedical staff to Hathras. Teams have been deployed at the post-mortem house and hospitals, and private hospitals have been put on alert.
Grieving Families at District Hospital
At the district hospital, families of those who attended the satsang are in deep distress, searching for information about their loved ones amidst the chaos. The hospital has not yet received any injured individuals or bodies from the incident.
Alert in Aligarh Division
All district-level hospitals in the Aligarh division have been put on alert. AD Health Mohan Jha is heading to the incident site, ensuring all necessary medical facilities are in place in Aligarh, Hathras, Kasganj, and Etah districts. Doctors and specialists on leave have been instructed to remain on duty, and post-mortem arrangements are being ensured.
