CUET UG 2024 Results: NTA under pressure to declare scorecard result by this week, future of 13 lakh candidates in limbo

 

CUET UG 2024 Result: More than 13 lakh candidates are waiting for the National Testing Agency (NTA) to declare the much-awaited Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2024 Result. On July 23, NTA released the provisional answer key for the July 19 re-test. It is expected that NTA will announce the CUET results by the end of July or in the first week of August. However, there is no official confirmation from the agency so far.

The National Testing Agency conducted the CUET (UG) – 2024 Examination in Hybrid mode (CBT and Pen & Paper) on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 29, 2024, at various examination centers located in 379 cities, including 26 cities outside India, for about 13.48 lakh candidates.

NTA conducted the CUET UG 2024 re-exam for 1,000 candidates on July 19. The examination was conducted in computer-based mode. To check the provisional answer key, candidates need to use their registration number and date of birth.

How many marks are required to pass CUET UG?

There are no prescribed qualifying marks for CUET UG 2024. Candidates appearing in the written exam will have to secure 350-400 marks in the exam to be considered pass. In order to take admission to a particular institute, candidates will have to satisfy the cut-off criteria set by that college or university.
