Allahabad University: Two buses will run for the girl students and teachers of Allahabad Central University
Allahabad University: Allahabad Central University has started a new initiative for the convenience of students and teachers. Under this initiative, the university administration has purchased two buses. These buses will be run on two different routes of the city, so that the teachers and students of the university can come and go to the university easily and safely.
The aim of this new arrangement is to provide better transport facilities to students and teachers, so that they do not face any difficulty in travelling and can reach their classes on time. This step has been taken especially for those girl students who come from far-flung areas and who face difficulty in reaching the university by public transport.
University PRO Professor Jaya Kapoor said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the convenience of students and teachers. She also said that the operation of these buses will improve the attendance of students and they will be able to focus on their studies with more energy and attention.
In the last 3 years, the university has been making efforts to provide a campus with better facilities to the teachers and students. In this sequence, an initiative has been taken in a new direction today. 2 new buses have been purchased by the university. Both these buses will run on various routes of the city especially for the convenience of women teachers and girl students. This will provide safe transportation to the teachers and girl students of the university to go to the university. There will be a provision of passes for availing the bus facility. On weekends, these buses can be used for outreach activities run by various departments of the university. Detailed information in this regard will be given soon.

However, both the buses have reached the university campus.
