Allahabad University: Highest Number of PhD Seats in Six Years, Fellowship Opportunities Available

Phd Admission: There is good news for the candidates who wish to do PhD from Allahabad University. This time, there will be admission in research on the highest number of 1182 seats as compared to the last six years. In this, admission will be done on 764 seats in the main campus of the university, while the remaining 418 seats will be taken in ten constituent colleges of the university. Students who get admission through the Joint Research Entrance Examination (CRET-2024) in the main campus get a fellowship of eight thousand rupees per month. This fellowship is provided to each researcher for four years. But college researchers do not get fellowship. 

This time a maximum of 65% researchers will get fellowship.

PhD started in colleges in 2019

PhD started in ten constituent colleges of IVV from the year 2019. After this there was a rapid increase in PhD seats. Admission was taken in PhD for 574 seats in CRET 2019, 625 seats in CRET 2020, 614 seats in CRET 2021, 734 seats in CRET 2022, 1148 seats in CRET 2023. In CRET 2024, the maximum number of admissions will be given on 1182 seats.

Allahabad University: छह साल में इस बार PhD की सर्वाधिक सीटें, इन्हें मिलेगी फेलोशिप

PhD admission: इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से पीएचडी की इच्छा रखने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। इस बार पिछले छह वर्षों में तुलना में सबसे अधिक 1182 सीटों पर शोध में प्रवेश होगा। इसमें 764 सीटों पर विश्वविद्यालय के मुख्य परिसर में जहां प्रवेश होगा बाकी 418 सीटों पर इविवि के दस संघटक कॉलेजों में प्रवेश लिया जाएगा। मुख्य परिसर में संयुक्त शोध प्रवेश परीक्षा (क्रेट-2024) के जरिए प्रवेश पाने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को आठ हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह फेलोशिप मिलती है। यह फेलोशिप प्रत्येक शोधार्थी को चार साल तक प्रदान की जाती है। लेकिन कॉलेज के शोधार्थियों को फेलोशिप नहीं मिलती है। इस बार सर्वाधिक 65% शोधार्थी फेलोशिप पाएंगे।

संयुक्त शोध प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए 19 जुलाई से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 12 अगस्त तय की गई है। इस बार 44 विषयों में इविवि एवं कॉलेज में शोध होगा। प्रवेश प्रकोष्ठ के निदेशक प्रो. जेके पति की ओर से जारी सूचना के मुताबिक शुक्रवार की शाम पांच बजे तक क्रेट 2024 के लिए 1201 अभ्यर्थियों जहां आवेदन किया है। वहीं, 474 ने फीस जमा कर अंतिम रूप से फार्म को सबमिट कर दिया है।

2019 में कॉलेजों में शुरू हुई थी पीएचडी इविवि के संघटक दस कॉलेजों में पीएचडी वर्ष 2019 से शुरू हुई। इसके बाद पीएचडी की सीटें में तेजी से इजाफा हुआ। क्रेट 2019 में 574, क्रेट 2020 में 625, क्रेट 2021 में 614, क्रेट 2022 में 734, क्रेट 2023 में 1148 सीटों के सापेक्ष पीएचडी में प्रवेश लिया गया था। क्रेट 2024 में सर्वाधिक 1182 सीटों पर प्रवेश होगा।
