Allahabad University Declares B.Sc. Part II Results for 2023-24, Only 1048 Student passed

Prayagraj, 16 July 2024: The University of Allahabad has announced the results for the B.Sc. Part II examinations for the academic session 2023-24. The results were released by A.K. Kanojia, the Controller of Examinations, and the statistical report indicates that out of 1634 students who appeared for the exams, 1048 have passed.

- Failed: 258

- Absent: 12

- NR (Not Reported): Nil

- UFM (Unfair Means): 03

- Detained: 01

- Total: 1646

This report shows that a total of 1634 candidates appeared for the exam, out of which 1048 passed, 324 are eligible for supplementary exams, 258 failed, and there were 12 absentees. Three candidates were found using unfair means, and one was detained.


The passing percentage for B.Sc. Part II at Allahabad University for the 2023-24 session is approximately 64.14%.

The students who have cleared the examination are required to deposit their fees accordingly. The University has requested that the results be published in the University News column free of cost.The Controller of Examinations has distributed copies of the results to relevant university departments and officials for further action. These include the Dean of the Faculty of Science, the Head of Departments, college principals, the Finance Officer, and the Chairman of the ICT Cell. The results are also to be uploaded on the University's official website.
