Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Transaction Attorney at Vis Legis, you will:
- Draft Legal Documents:Prepare agreements, deeds, MOUs, and other essential legal documents pertaining to commercial transactions and investment activities.
- Conduct Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence and prepare detailed reports such as Due Diligence Reports, Compliance Reports, and Vetting Reports to ensure all transactions meet legal standards.
- Provide Legal Counsel: Advise clients on various aspects of commercial transactions including investments, joint ventures, takeovers, and transfers, offering strategic guidance tailored to their business objectives.
- Negotiate and Represent:Represent clients in meetings with stakeholders, negotiating terms and conditions on their behalf to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance: Offer expertise on Corporate Law, FEMA Regulations, and SEBI Regulations, ensuring all transactions adhere to legal requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Client Coordination:Collaborate closely with clients, providing ongoing support and strategic advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in handling commercial transactions within a legal environment.
