General Instructions for Candidate Scanned copy of Original Documents to be uploaded at the time of e-Counselling for Admission-2024-25

1. High School or Equivalent Marks Sheet and Certificate

2. Intermediate or Equivalent Marks Sheet and Certificate

3. Graduation or Equivalent Mark Sheet

4. Post Graduation Mark Sheet (Only for M.Tech in Earth System Science/M.Tech in Material Science & Technology or Second PG)

5. (a) Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (For the Graduates of other Universities/Colleges only).

(b) Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (For the Graduates of the Ewing Christian College Prayagraj).

(c) Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (Only for such students of the University of Allahabad and its Constituent College, who have already taken Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate from the University of Allahabad).

(d) Only Transfer Certificate (For Graduate students of the Constituent Colleges of the University of Allahabad).

6 The candidate who already has a Post Graduate degree in any subject, he/she may apply for admission in any other subject of the post Graduate programme as Second PG, provided he/she has secured 9 grade point on a 10 point scale (80% or more) in the previous PG course. The candidate is required to contact the Director Admissions 2024 at Pravesh Bhawan, University of Allahabad in this regards on working days.

(b) For applicants under Kashmiri Migrants category Original certificate issued by competent authority for Kashmiri Migrants.

(d) For the applicants of Sports quota separate instructions will be provided.

(e) For the applicants of Divyang quota separate instructions will be provided.

(f) For the applicants of Teachers Ward/Employee Ward quota separate instructions will be provided.
