Academic Council Meeting Chaired by Vice chancellor Prof. Sangita Srivastava at North Hall
Today, a significant academic council meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Vice chancellor Prof. Sangita Srivastava at the North Hall. The meeting deliberated on several key issues, resulting in crucial decisions:
1. Acceptance of Proposals from the Examination Committee: The proposals put forth by the examination committee were accepted. As per the approved decision, all answer sheets will feature a unique QR code. This will facilitate the verification of answer sheets by scanning the code from anywhere in the world.
2. Closure of Postgraduate Programs with Less Than Half-Filled Seats: It was decided that postgraduate programs in colleges with less than half-filled allocated seats will be discontinued.
3. Approval of Reviewed and Modified Curricula for Various Programs: The reviewed and modified curricula for various programs were approved during the meeting.
4. Acceptance of Proposal to Update Statutes: A proposal to update statutes was accepted during the meeting.
5. Approval of Joint PhD Program in Social Sciences: A joint PhD program (pre-PhD program) in social sciences was approved and will be implemented in the upcoming academic session.
आज कुलपति प्रो संगीता श्रीवास्तव की अध्यक्षता में नॉर्थ हाल में शैक्षणिक परिषद (एकेडमिक काउंसिल) की बैठक हुई. जिनमें इन प्रमुख मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई:
1. परीक्षा समिति की ओर से प्रस्तावित सुझावों को स्वीकार कर लिया गया। स्वीकृत निर्णय के अनुसार सभी मार्कशीट में एक क्यूआर कोड होगा। इससे दुनिया में कहीं से भी छात्रों को प्रदान की गई मार्कशीट पर लगे कोड स्कैन करके मार्कशीट के सत्यापन की सुविधा होगी।
2. यह निर्णय लिया गया कि कॉलेजों में चलने वाले जिन पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन पाठ्यक्रमों में आवंटित सीटों से आधे से कम प्रवेश होंगे वहाँ उन पाठ्यक्रमों को बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
3. विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों के समीक्षित एवं संशोधित पाठ्यक्रम को स्वीकार कर लिया गया है।
4. परिनियमों (स्टैच्युट्स STATUTES) को अद्यतन (UPDATE) करने का प्रस्ताव स्वीकार कर लिया गया है.
5. सामाजिक विज्ञान के लिए संयुक्त पीडीपी (प्री पीएचडी प्रोग्राम) पाठ्यक्रम स्वीकार कर लिया गया है और इसे नए सत्र में लागू किया जाएगा।
