Essential Qualification and Experience
• Full time Graduation with minimum 60% marks & full-time regular Graduation in Law with professional 3-year course with minimum 60% marks OR 5 years integrated degree Graduation in law with professional course with minimum 60% marks, with three years post qualification experience in law matters.
• 3 years post qualification experience should be as under: a) Enrollment with State Bar-council or Bar Council of India. b) Experience certificate issued by Bar Association of Civil Courts or District Courts or State High Courts or Supreme Court. c) Registration with any of the Bar Association as mentioned under Sr. No. b) above.
• Qualification/Knowledge of Punjabi is essential and for this purpose, the candidates must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level.
