Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is excited to invite legal professionals, academics, and students to an enlightening session titled “The Journey of a Criminal Trial” under the new Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This session will be held online on Saturday, 11th May 2024, from 11 AM to 12 PM IST.
This expert talk will be given by Adv. Rebecca Mammen John, a distinguished Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, our guest speaker.
