Allahabad University Law Exams: Examination Board Meeting Held and Final Dates Proposed for Semester Examinations of BALLB, LLB, and LLM
Allahabad University Law Exams: In a recent meeting held at the Faculty of Law, a proposal was discussed regarding the examination schedule for various law programs at Allahabad University. Following the meeting, it has been decided to conduct examinations for the Eighth and Tenth semesters of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), the Sixth Semester of LL.B.(Hons.), and the Fourth Semester of LL.M. The proposed dates for these examinations are from May 8th to May 22nd, 2024. The detailed examination schedule is expected to be released on Monday, April 22nd, 2024 or 23rd April, 2024.

Furthermore, it has been clarified by an official from the Controller of Examinations Office that only those semesters whose classes commenced in January will have their examinations in May. Therefore, students enrolled in the aforementioned semesters are advised to prepare accordingly for their upcoming examinations, which are set to commence next month.
The expected detailed examination schedule is as follows:
- BALLB (Eighth and Tenth Semester) - May 8, 2024, to May 22, 2024
- LLB (Sixth Semester) - May 8, 2024, to May 22, 2024
- LLM (Fourth Semester) - May 8, 2024, to May 22, 2024
For students in other semesters, the examination schedule is as follows:
- BALLB (Second, Fourth, and Sixth Semester) - July 10, 2024 (After the summer break)
- LLB (Second and Fourth Semester) - July 10, 2024 (After the summer break)
- LLM (Second Semester) - July 10, 2024 (After the summer break)
Additionally, it is anticipated that the mid-semester examinations for the rest of the semesters of BALLB will also take place in May.
The Controller of Examinations Office assures that the examination schedule will be released on Monday. Students are encouraged to stay tuned for further updates by following the official channels on Telegram and Google News.
It is important to note that the University will reopen on July 6th after the summer vacation, and examinations for the remaining semesters will be conducted thereafter to ensure the session remains on track.
